Once you get past the 'different' type of location, everything is great. Ryan and his staff are accommodating to my schedule and always try to find ways to go the extra mile while also trying to keep my bill manageable. That's actually a hard combo to find. Some will do whatever they can to increase your bill, and others will take shortcuts. They are the only shop trust to work on my 2008 Audi S5. Period.
Ryan Blair has a great way of explaining what is going on with your car and recommending the repairs it needs with out up selling extra services that you don't really need. Ryan has given me a lot of great suggestions on what repairs my a4 really needs now and what can wait until later. He actually takes time to troubleshoot and fix problems before replacing parts. His confidence and experience with audi makes going to the mechanic a lot less stressful.
Very knowledgable. Made good recommendations and does very good clean work.definitely coming back
Best Audi shop in Dallas. Great customer service.
No matter what the work on my Audi S5 - whether it be an oil change or performance mods, Blair Automotive values my business, gets it right the first time, and keeps my bill manageable. They are good enough that it will keep you in an Audi, just so you can bring it to them if/when it ever needs maintenance or mods. Thanks Ryan - You're the best!
Top notch guy, and top quality work. You would be foolish to let anyone else wrench on your audi
He is the best!
Ryan says he works on all makes and models, and boy he does! I thought originally that he wouldn't want to service my 2005 Ford Explorer because it doesn't contain liquid power crystals like Audi (slightly kidding), but he was enthusiastic about helping me out. In fact, I don't think my Ford ever received such great pampering other than when it was a baby born in the factory. In fact, Ryan walked me through all important areas of my car - he educated me! In addition, he is trustworthy. I had some seepage from my oil reservoir and I thought I would have to pay several hundred dollars to fix it because an oil leak is bad, right? Well, Ryan calmed my nerves and educated me on where the leak is coming from and why it wasn't as severe as what I thought. Don't get me wrong, he was willing to repair it, but he acted as a trusted advisor saying that he wouldn't repair at this time but would monitor over time to see if it turns mission critical. I very much appreciated his counsel. He also serviced my Scion xD - transmission and coolant flush and oil change. He did everything with OEM parts which was extremely valuable to me. Both of my cars have over 100k miles, and with Ryan's help (and Lord willing), I'm certain I will have them for another 100k. I was amazed with his care, his knowledge, his communication skills (he is a fantastic communicator), and his willingness to serve. Bottom line: if you want your car cared for, and you want to be cared for, then Blair Automotive is the place for you.
Ryan is a great guy - can tell he knows German engineering and really cares for your car. Great rates for his work as well - easily saved me over $500 compared to dealership service prices. I lost the wheel lock to my car he went to two stores to get one to complete the work - AWESOME customer service. No scare/up sell tactics like dealerships - definitely will use him for all future maintenance on our car!
Great service, honest guy. Definitely knows his stuff... worked as a mechanic for Audi for several years.
